Cards that can be used Any card with a logo of an international brand (VISA, MASTER, JCB, AMEX, DINERS, DISCOVER) can be used regardless of the card company that issued it. Payment method The amount you applied for will be transferred from your designated account in the same way as with regular card use, based on the terms and conditions of each card company. Please check the transfer date on the statement sent by your card company. Issuance of receipts If you would like a receipt issued, please contact the FCA Japan office. The date on the receipt will not be the date of donation acceptance, but the date the payment was made to FCA Japan by the payment agency (Cloud Payment). The receipt will be issued after the donation has been confirmed, so it may take 2 to 4 months from the date of donation acceptance to the issuance of the receipt. Please note in advance. About security We use an encryption technology called "SSL (Secure Sockets Layer)" to ensure peace of mind when sending and receiving data. When card information and other personal information entered by donors is sent to the server, the communication is encrypted using SSL. This means that donors' personal information cannot be read by external third parties. About the recipient If you would like to specify a recipient for your donation, please enter it in the "Recipient" field on the payment screen.
